CONFIRMATION NOTICE

Thank for choosing Harris International products and services. Your transaction has been completed and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you and to those who will fulfill your order. You may log into your account at www.paypal.com to view details of this transaction.

Please know that all orders will ship in the order they were received. What this means is if there were numerous orders placed before your order, you order will be processed and shipped AFTER the previous orders have been processed and shipped.

Also, most orders ship within 72 hours of being received. However, there may be times when orders are backlogged.

All orders should be received within ten to fourteen business days (two to three weeks) after the order was placed.

If you have not received your order and it has been at least ten business days (two weeks) since you placed your order, please send an e-mail to boaproductions@hotmail.com and inquire about your order. NOTE: Mr. Harris does not personally ship video orders. Someone else does this. So please do not write to him and ask him where your order is.

Before you write to the above e-mail address, please make sure you have the following information handy and send a copy of the following information in your order:

1. The name of the person who placed the order.
2. The date the order was placed.
3. The address where the order was supposed to be shipped.
4. A copy of the actual order.

Please know that orders cannot be traced through the Paypal using the reference number generated by Paypal. We actually need to see a copy of your order before we can determine its status.

In the future, if you would like to order a product and have it sent to you through Express Mail or by Next Day Air, or, you would like to be able to track your order using UPS, please send us an e-mail before ordering so we can give you precise ordering instructions and give you an exact price.
