Another unique service I provide to companies and individuals is video analysis. Because I went to Digital Video School in the late 1990′s, and because I invested more than $15,000 in hardware and software, I have the ability to take in video footage sent to me by students and analyze their movements, techniques and tactics.

If you are interested in learning from me by video, all you need to do is record some footage of you performing your techniques, and/or sparring with your techniques. The footage should be 10 to 15 minutes long. You should digitize any analog footage into a “.mov” file or a “.wmv” file. Once you have your footage in this format, put it onto a DVD and ship it to me. I will analyze the footage, do a voiceover and send you back a new DVD.

If you are a very visual person, and can follow simple directions, this is definitely something you should look into. Why? Because (a) it can help you get through a plateau, (b) it can help you see things you’re not seeing, (c) it can help accelerate your learning and progression, and (d) it can help you to correct certain mistakes you may be unaware that you are making!
