Face-to-face private training

In addition to online lessons, I also teach private lessons the old-fashioned way: Face to Face!

What kind of lessons would you like?

In addition to online training, I also teach private lessons the old-fashioned way: face-to-face. Here’s a glimpse of what I have taught to my clients/students:

Combinatorial Training: The Art and Science of Putting Techniques Together into Various Combinations (with very little emphasis on “technique”).

Self-Defense for Real Estate Agents: Because they sometimes show houses at odd hours and in unique locations, I offer real estate agents some practical training for dealing with potentially violent encounters.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu over 40: How to Save Your Wrists, Elbows, Shoulders, and Neck from Harm Against The Monster, 200+ lbs., Purple Belts.

Jeet Kune Do: Fascinating stylistic combos (e.g. combining Savate with Silat, mixed with a tinge of Pananjakman, Greco-Roman, and Chin Na, etc.).

Filipino Kali/Eskrima: REWD Training (Realistic Edged Weapon Defense Training).

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Neutralizing and Countering Straight Arm Locks from Everywhere.

Self-Defense for Airline Pilots and Flight Attendants: Because of staying in hotels around the world, and because of their unique work environment, I bring practical advice and protection training to those who work in the travel industry.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: How to Practice and How to Train (because I’m sure you haven’t been taught either).

• Self-Defense for Attornies: Because they meet clients at unusual times and sometimes in unusual locations, I teach lawyers how to ensure their safety with prospective, unknown clients.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Leg Locks Galore.

Jeet Kune Do: Functional Trapping Against the Boxing Format.

Military Combatives: This is exclusively for military personnel!

Jeet Kune Do: Phase Training; Doing things that others don’t do (e.g. sparring in trapping range, adding finger locks, thumb locks, and neck cranks to your grappling – without injury, etc.).

• Self-Defense in The WorkplaceBecause the world seems to be getting crazier by the day, I teach people how to care for themselves should workplace violence rear its ugly head,
